What the hell is happening here? Next thing, we will be discussing adult nappies--as advertised in a deeply depressing interlude in Call The Midwife*on TV One on Sunday night. Apparently you can get them in different colours.

Is Prince in there somewhere? This pic reminds of the computer simulation of satellites circling Earth.

Not sure if I really want more services offering more options, when I can’t keep up with is already available eg I bought the 5 DVD set of Mark Cousins’ wonderful The Story of Film: An Odyssey and after 10 days, have only managed two hours of the fifteen hours.
I agree that the attitude that everything is–or should be–free, poses a real threat to creatives, particularly those working in local TV and film. When students offer me downloads, I decline and ask them if they have thought of the implications of what they are doing. -
Well, there you go.....

Call me old-fashioned (as some do), but I buy music on those round,, shiny things that come in plastic cases. Nothing more enjoyable than rummaging through the New/Recommended racks at Marbecks.
For movies, I use moviemail-online UK. Just received a 5 DVD metal box of Mark Cousin's "The Story of Film: An Odyssey" from them. It is so bloody good I have ordered another set, to give to a friend. Not all that expensive at 37 pounds for 5 discs.

Finally, the publicity that is needed--albeit rather late in the day. Nevertheless, it is difficult to believe that Sutton and CERA hadn't heard of the Haywood's difficulties until today,
Things can happen when there is urgency, It is 11.15pm and I can still hear the diggers out on Grey Street, laying the broadband cable that is passing by our house. Looks like they are going to work all through the night.Give Bob a medal!
