Who?
My son asked me the same question, for the first time today. Exactly the same question. Looks like Russ gets his debate on synchronicity, and I get to start answering the hard questions to a child. I feel under qualified, tempted to cheap out with an easy answer. It seems that it's been a very bad idea talking like an adult to a child. Well this adult anyway.

Who??? ;)
Take your pick. Google knows better than me, the literature says.

I'm curious if the Quadrant felt safe with Emma's tag on? I never feel safe as a meat shield, my armor is far too weak.

I reckon the target market for the advert is middle-aged voters who want to be reassured that the police are "doing something about yoof".
No lose all round then.

Interesting take, Craig. You're worried this makes it hard for the cops? I guess it does put some onus on them to act all heavy, or the whole campaign will just be laughed at by those it targets. Do cops want that or not? Some of them like being heavy.

Steve, I'd like to hand you the debate. You care about it enough, I think, to continue without me. I think you've given some fair criticisms of Feyerabend as resurrected by me. You've given some fair criticisms of me, on many levels. I don't know where you stand, other than against me, and invite you to take the floor.
If you think discussing science on a theoretical level can be done constructively, rather than dogmatically, I'm open to hear about it. I'm even sympathetic. This site or yours, you pick the turf.
I think I've made my position as clear as such a position can be made by me. So I won't be answering anything about it, unless it comes up discussing your own opinion. Not for a good long while anyway.

It should use fowl language to put it's case to dub.

Don't worry Craig, I'll secretly report all the insults that are shamelessly plagiarized from you. No pretender is gonna steal your lines without paying royally. I still hesitate to emulate. Another date.

Being "provocative and hard-hitting" doesn't give ad industry creatives or their clients a pass for sending out mixed message that are, at best, just incoherent.
I thought it was clear what they were trying to say to women, but I agree with you, men could easily get the wrong idea, or use it the wrong way.
Similarly with these ads - it's fairly clear what they're saying to the kids, not so clear what they're saying to the cops.

Why is there a chicken in my lounge?
Is it there so you can keep your rage up by killing it? Don't forget to watch the flag, and whisper sweet nothings to your healer.
