without knowing anything about his servers, if he was running something that when he made a blog post gave the option of making a Facebook announcement, he might have had his Facebook credentials stored on the publishing server.
Or he might have gone, I'll use this spare server space to back up my own machine as an offsite backup, what could go wrong?

Jimmy D, on Morning Report Whyte claimed repeated that Maori had special representation in parliament due to the Maori roll. He was repeated challenged on this as an error in fact as non-Maori can, and have, stood on the Maori roll. He eventually reluctantly modified it to only Maori could vote on the Maori roll, but due to the tenacity of his initial claims I would be unsurprised if he continues making them in forums where his errors in fact are not challenged.
For a debate on racial prejudice in the law, Whyte has not been keen on the debate where is arguments get unpicked as unsupported, he has not brought in much in the way of example in actual law, but I will certainly grant it is racial.

My point wasn't that it was rising, it was that the visual category is rising faster than the population is aging. If you take the age bands (0-14,15-44, 45-64, 65+) and compare the 2001 to 2013 results in raw numbers for visual, and work out the size of the total population change in the general census, you get
0-14, general pop. increase +2%, visual decrease -55% (changes in giving oxygen to premature births)
15-44, general pop. increase +4%, visual increase +124%
45-64, general pop. increase +32%, visual increase +166%
65+, general pop. increase +31%, visual increase +58% -
I note the internal proportions sight has grown- and that is due to the raw numbers for all but under 5 increasing quite dramatically compared to the population increase in the period.

My opinion is that it is an outlier poll, we will know in another 2 weeks- I thought it looked to much like the random sample happened to hit a lot of National voters and few Green voters- I just didn’t see the Greens doing anything in those two weeks that would have caused them to lose one third of their support base.
And I stand by my opinion of two weeks ago, though I am sure the latest Roy Morgan will provoke nowhere near the discussion the previous one did.
