O, and I.m reliably informed by aforesaid nephew that the niece then said/coined the family word for KFC - standing there in her vomit she said "Yuk. Yukky tucky."
-

"She gets *how* much chocalate? Is that each day or what?"
"I love maths. I can be bribed.though."
"America - o way good." (Probably the only one of the family who'd actually say that.)Now, can I load him as a parcel to you? Addresss please-

*All* my neighbours know NEVER to knock on my door before noon...all my family are nightowls so obviously they're never a problem.
Ancient history: I have/had 5 siblings: we lived one section along from NNB school. We were almost always late-

Re: chunder chook
-one of my nieces got quite ill after eating KFC (it was flu' rather than- well, we *assume* it was the flu...): the next time she was given KFC she went (we're talking a 4yrold here)into the shower with it. Why? asked her perturbed parents. "Because I know I'm going to vomit." And she did.

Matthew - more than any thing else posted here , this gives me pause,
I am a working writer, with all contracts worded in western english terms. I've never had a (for instance) Chinese contract- I doubt me such is ever going to happen which means- I lose. -
Re: ultimate sentence from Deborah- TOTALLY!

Another Lucubrator here...
In summer I go to bed at dawn. In winter I go to bed past midnight but always wake up just before dawn (I think I am seriously addicted to the dawn chorus (which does not consist of increasing traffic, sirens, and random dogs here.)) I have been known to stay up until well after dawn during the season to catch an early tide but that's getting rare these days.
And I am a very restless sleeper - I revolve and flail all over the bed
(necessarily queensized.) Thank goodness that my personal inclinations mean that this does not inconvenience anyone else, and that I am self-employed - it is one of the things I most enjoy, living time my own way round. Eating when I want to,(I cook for my guests, family or friends, when they want to eat, sit with them but dont always eat with them), working when I want to. Poor but happy- -
Kia ora Stephanie...the molotov cocktails arnt compulsory (as you know some kids really like explosions and some kids really really hate 'em) -and I've already passed along some of these skills to friends' children: the only difficulty might be the slight distance between here & Lower Hutt...
