"phat goatee-wearing cute face".
I resemble that remark, ... hic.

The tax cut mantra will faid once the services are realised.

Being a devout poor-mans tv viewer (except for sport when I go to the pub - double bonus). I found this evenings viewing a perfect time to sort the collected/rubbish/green/recycling, catch up on a phone call and the dishes. Maori TV had the Circut on, but it looked a bit depressing.

Nothing changes an Alliance/Labour voter into a National/Act voter faster than a pay increase.
That transition has been seen to take as little as the time it takes to get a hair cut.

I can see it now.
John Minto teams up with & arms Steve Crows Boobs on Bikes. Culminating in the Storming of Mt Eden.

Prisons need to be where the people are. I'm not alone in advocating for many on the empty apartments to be used for this purpose. The joke will lose its humour in 10-15yrs when many apartments true worth is realised.

Kiwi Version
This Land is your Land, This Land is my Land,
From Cape Reinga to Stewart Island.
From the Kauri Forests to our Southern oceans,
This Land belongs to you and me. -
I like it.

Islander, there definately is. I remember hearing it but can't recall the words. Will check with a few old hippies and see if they have it.
Thanks Stephen. Not being a Pol Sci guy I've deffered to Wiki.

But even Fascist Corporatism allows (in theory) for various levels of representation.
But you're right of course, as this conversation has proved. Fascism is problematic when trying to define what is going on.
I think Neofeudalism describes the current local government in Ecan & Auckland, with a large dose of Crony Capitalism on the National Front (ahem). Willing to be corrected

Fascism does not by definition have to be totalitarian or racist. As much Democracy does not have to be peaceful and not racist.
It's an economic/political system of Government for the Corporation, rather than the People.I'ld love to hear a thoughtful analysis of what the system of governance is, if not fascist.
I'm sure the pre-WWII US/UK/NZ etc Fascists would recognise this form of governance and applaud it as positive fascist governce.
That said, have you seen the Search and Surveillance Bill?

Thank you Philip.
There seems to be a right wing (following a fascist policy) lobby in the Nats.
Brownlee, Carter, Hide (if he doesn't go Blue at the end of the election he's lost), & Smith.Te Heuheu, just seems to have no policy at all, beyond rewards for attending the Jobs summit.
Wilkinson was honestly stunned at that trampers were against mining in National Parks. Not sure if they crocodile tears myself. Can you be so insular?
Collins is following the lead of Labour, I'm waiting for a tour of Gitmo for best practice to be implimented in NZ.
But someone has had influence on her. The three tier shooting policy is dead.
