Our first home (Tauranga) sold a few weeks back after only 4 days on the market.
But now we are having trouble finding what we want here in the Bay - there is not much on the market! (in our modest price range anyway).Danielle is spot on for reasons for owning a house - its not all about the $!

or why not just put in everything...
bread, coke, milk, chips, water supply! -
I agree with you about the interviewer. At first her direct style of questioning made me feel uncomfortable as it seemed a bit accusing... 'hey - she's not the 'baddie'. However as the interview progressed I could see that this meant that she could be just as direct in her answers instead of stepping around issues.
By the end I had tears running down my face.
The women interviewing looked like she had been cutting up onions for a lasagne too. :-) -
Thank you! That's a piece of information that eluded the customer service a few weeks ago... Much appreciated.
You're very welcome!
...and you didn't have to wait in a phone queue listening to the worst music evah either. :-) -

I'm actually resisting the upgrade because I haven't quite worked out if I can set the decoder to change channels at preset times, which is a must for me (I don't want nothing to do with MySky.) You can do it with the ancient cable box that Telstra provides, believe it or not.
i have ordinary digital SKY without MYSKY and we can book programmes using our remote. When a programme has been booked it automatically changes channel at the right time. You can 'unbook' also if you change your mind.

I have noticed your commenting just lately (taking into account your membership since Dec 2006) and enjoy your wordcraft -
I didn't know Len Snee but I know many people who did - some of them knew Len very well.
By all accounts he was a fantastic man, extremely well liked and respected in the community. -
I agree with all Mathew Poole has written on this post - well said.
With regards to Radio being the 'STAR' - keeping the story vibrant and real
This is absolute rubbish. Some of the comments/rumours on the radio were absolutely untrue. This caused a lot of concern/worry for people listening.
You should not let people go on air who are just repeating rumours. -

I think you'll find the Kiwiblog meltdown is next door...
i dunno... this sounded a bit like meltdown too...
All of you dumb fucks, Christopher -- plague on all your houses, and I hope it hurts.
