“The City that Shines” is a wee bit dated. How about The City that Shakes (with the cathedral logo having a broken spire).
Got to be positive. Christchurch: The Rock ‘N’ Roll City. And for a slogan, in the spirit of “ Whatever it takes ”, or “ More than you think ”, I’d suggest, “ Not completely wrecked! ”

a cerise and deep blue bush growing side by side--which ought not happen as acidic soils produce one colour and alkaline soils produce the other.
I used to have a bush that flowered blue tinged with pink. I assume it was a special variety that did that!

The guard sits well away from the building.That does make you think what would happen if a big one would surprise us.
On its past record, I’d say that building is safer than houses. ;-)
