'white man' Is this the year that we have spoken out loud about the white man in the room? as in 'all of the board directors are white men'.

I want to suggest 'woke' but I'm still not sure I can easily explain what it means, even to myself. I have a feeling that is why it hasn't really caught on.
'Housing crisis' as in we have one. Followed by 'bubble burst' as in when will it?

She really was fantastic. I have to admit the water balloon above our heads kept me on the edge of my seat. But also the content and panellists were really engaging.
Election services will be keeping a tally on the % of votes received daily so you can track if engagement was any higher this year than usual. Reposted from Cathy Casey "At first count, 2.16 per cent of votes have been returned in the six days since voting opened, up from the 1.2 per cent for the same period in 2013." So it's looking good so far.

I only tried an e-bike two weeks ago, it's transformative. I'm so excited about the Mercury initiative, I mean they are contributing to their future market, which is clever. But realistically the only way to reduce traffic congestion is to remove cars from the road, and e-bikes offer a solution that combats the 'too hilly' or 'I'll get sweaty' issues that stop people from trying a bike. While AT are already working hard on the 'it's not safe' aspect. It's an excellent transport option that not a lot of people know exists - I still regularly have people ask 'what is an e-bike' when I'm talking about them.
Now if only Mercury's marketing person can get back to me about bringing their branded bikes to a site visit at my work...
