Kinda sucks that I have to ask.
I think so too so..... don't ask. I am sure Craig would agree, (he should have his mojo on by now, surely?)
-
Ian, they would say " told you so, we predicted doom and gloom for the last 3 years ,and it all your fault" :)

Of the few times I watched Finlayson on telly (chemo has many benefits ;)) I got the impression he knew what the law was so maybe not such a good catch, mind you, as long as it doesn't frighten the ponies....

60 Minutes.... Australians are moving here! Shit are the TV channels working for National?
-
National don't need them,
Hide knows that, and he knows anything Key will offer will have to be fine. __He __is Act now, so wouldn't care if Douglas is left languishing up the back, after all isn't that Act policy? The gap filler. :) National didn't want any party. They wanted over 45% vote remember. Could that be an excuse for a referendum on FPP?

I think it was Helen that got served, which may be why many didn't vote. Didn't like Key, didn't like Helen (anymore) and got the impression the smaller parties end up kissin' one or t'others but so why bother. NZrs like good ol' fashioned honesty. Here is Goffs chance, no coalition parties(NZF, Dunne) and as a green/labour united front in opposition, (I think alot of us like that combo anyway) we got a road worth going down. What is there to lose now ?

I wish I could think of something else nice to say about him.
One thing I like about him is (from experience) that he has a no bullshit approach. I like his shabby little office also, around the corner from my street, it has an honest appeal even for us childless non Christian folk :)

So Goff wants it, Good luck I say.Should get the support he needs

We even had a right nat voter mention to us this morn that "Actually Helen Clark was a bloody good PM afterall" I wonder at which point he decided that last night.

Chauvel is another one to watch come up the ranks too.
Hey Craig, having just read Chris's article in SST , (most viewed today) I at least know where he wears his heart and today it was purely and sincerely where I saw it the other night, a staunch Labour supporter that writes with passion and believes in the good of the country as a whole. Nothing wrong with that in my book. It is his prerogative and his opinion that readers find agreeable that someone just mentioned on the radio and I think he wrote genuinely from the heart. I don't for one minute think he is concerned how the entire world views his writing style, he just farewelled one of our best Prime Ministers who he wanted to acknowledge ,so as much as you like to pick on his style, I can only think that it belittles you IMHO
