Didn't the Cruise Ship angle come from the failure of Princes Wharf to do the job.
Princes Wharf (anyone else thinking Kingons as Princess Bride?) was to be:
public space,
Cruise Ship terminal,
Hotel.Well they built a hotel with little public space and no reason to go there. The Cruise Ship Terminal functions for docking, but fail because of a lack of space. The Hotel seems to work, as long as you can rent it out as apartments.
A clear purpose for Queens Wharf (Gay Klingons?) is needed for it to succeed, not a six week concept.

Also in 1981, an SIS operative inadvertently left a briefcase containing sandwiches, Listener magazine and a diary on a journalist's fence in Wellington. The briefcase was commonly but mistakenly described as containing a Penthouse magazine and pie. -

What of Wensleydale?
I'll be putting the plums to good use in my first batch of Slivovitz. All stones will be removed, we don't want to make cyanide.
Islander, I was told there was a seasonal brew down in Bluff, but I can't remeber where I got that.

When Tolley is so obviously failing, she may be able to be lead by Roy into ACT ideology (not that Tolley has a clue what she is doing or where she is going).
[Edit: may be lessons in Helicopters would raise results]

Heather Roy at the end of the RNZ piece.
"In some cases schools that are doing the best, have less money [given] to them."
Sounds like tax funding of Independant schools to me.
What do you think? -
Paul, if success is the only option, as any Double-Plus-Good-Duckspeaker knows, success is then assured.
