But you're right, SBW in the Crusaders would be the best possible pathway - I don't know that any other franchise could offer quite the same environment.
I'm not entirely confident the Crusaders offer that environment any more. Which is doubly disappointing having watched Ali Williams turn into 'not a munter'.

yup i am amazing at how stupid some American voters are, I saw an interview with one where he said he'd vote for Mcain over Obama.
In 2004, I spoke to a few Republican soccer-mom types who were so pissed about Iraq they swore blind they'd vote Green before they voted for Bush.
They voted for Bush. All of them. I'd be very surprised if, when it comes down to time to push the button and send their vote off to Diebold to do whatever it does with it, those people can actually bring themselves to vote McCain.

I was living overseas for the Lange years, but I have to say that apart from not being Muldoon, (hooray !) I find it hard to see why so many people idolise him.
I never idolised him, but I certainly got his appeal. I'd start by listening to the Oxford Union speech - for greatest effect, after listening to that cackle of Muldoon's for about thirty seconds.
Despite his own ambivalence about it, he'll always be associated with the nuclear ships ban, which for many people I think is the first thing 'we' did as a proper grown-up country.
The feminist in some of us... actually trumps any views we may have on Roe v. Wade or Iraq.
Srsly, WTF?

Everyone is an invidivual.
European immigrants don't do that.
Good luck getting people to go trip-trapping over your bridge there, Simon.

I don't know what the Mr Pointy referred to in the above post is, and I'm not going to risk clicking on the link.
Dude, s'alright. Without visiting the link, I can tell you that Mr Pointy is a special stake that Kendra gave Buffy during Series 2. My daughter also has a stake she has christened Mr Pointy.
Now I'll be over in the Sad Geeks' corner.

On ya, Sophie. See if you can get 'em to give you Denver leg or backsteaks.
Okay, now I have cravings. I already had to have porridge today cause of Che.

I would have thought feminism would have been about women getting out of that kind of situation, rather than staying in it.
James, I would have thought feminism was about empowering women to make their own decisions on personal matters, then staying the hell out of it when they do.

Emma - You don't notice that toxic tang when someone comes in after smoking or you entre an empty lift that has just taken smokers back from injesting their cancer rockets?
Isn't that pretty much what I said? I've frequently shared a small car with two friends who are heavy smokers, and not been able to pick up any kind of 'reek'. And I'm a semi-reformed smoker myself, we're supposed to be really sensitive to the trail of our old addiction.
The only problem I've had with lifts is being stuck in there with Strong Perfume Woman.
But every time you open an exterior door in Chch in the winter the smell of smoke wafts in, smokers or not.
-
It is very, very difficult to get precious about a smoker affecting your outdoor air quality if you live in Christchurch.
I don't get the extreme aversion to the smell, I've always liked it. Tobacco, and especially cigar and pipe smoke. But I've also never noticed the smell of garlic as obnoxious, so maybe it's me. When my CFS was bad, printer's ink would make me physically ill. But I honestly feel that if you lined up all my friends, you couldn't tell which ones smoked by smell.

It's not that bas Danielle - there's still sex
But not masturbation, right? Cause you can't get much more self-indulgent than that.
This game is amusing, but I'm afraid I'd still rather hang with Danielle.
