Try and get CERA to say an area is safe. They won't. They will allow access if there is enough pressure brought to bear. The Casino for example is open and still threatened by two towers - the Copthorne & The Establishment.
If you find out how much money the casino is making vs another business then you can calculate the value CERA places on life. -

I have a family member buried off hallowed ground. The crime he was kicked out of the church yard for was mustering on a Sunday. A few of the family left the Church, the rest of us said the Priest was a dick.
West Coast true story, but before my time. -
Breivik sees all Liberals (economic & social) as Marxists. It's the accepted norm, unquestioned in my world that he's attacking. I have always considered the term Liberal as including too many to be useful. But what I call Liberal he calls Marxist(multi-culturalists) & he's not wrong. It is so core to our shared beliefs we look past it. This is what he's attacking, that and scores of kids.

Quite right.

Solp@ Breivik was not underthreat by Muslims. His enermy were the Marxists, which under his ideology is everyone I know, even Don Brash is a Marxist by his definition. Being anti-marxist is more marketable than shouting Rassenschande and having oddly fashioned face pubes.

If it was the Green Party surely they would be Yellow or Blue (zigzag) Papers.

I've got the new "clean air" approved burner.
I haven't been able to get it going today - so it's very clean tonight :p -
Log burners are the way to go. An off grid form of heating is a must. More than that though, snow on the ground and a roaring fire in the lounge warms your very soul.
Here's a though for those in the Red Zone. Off Grid living, is it feasible?
A reason for the Red Zone is the cost of replacing services, if these services are localised to one or a dozen homes will the Council act as banker (as they did for Hendo) and use it as Green Credintials for the disaster recovery story? -

Surely the need for housing will influence this decision. Relocation has to be a quicker.
That said we did get a new CERA fire put in today.
