The four aves are still of uknown/unstated stability.
The plan is very much a dream untill this is known & it is likely to settle over the next year(s).
My office is built on solid silt and the concrete floor is bowing - it could be an optical illusion but I think a coloum is tilting. You can't tell what is 90 degress - cause everything is off by 2-20 degrees.
The Green Placard expired in July - but it is still displayed to protect us like so much bureucratic feng shui. -

It's not just science, there are a lot of emotional and scared engineers out there. Not to mention Fletchers er I mean Cera who are paid on tonnage and time.

I can't think of an office building on Salisbury St still standing. Most were around the Salisbury, Montreal & Victoria Sts cnr. Access would have been through CERA - you had no show of getting in.
Ironsides & Vic Aprtments are still standing but off limits. The fruit shop and a few cafes are open.
Victoria St and most everything south of Peterborough St is "unknown" land status or in more scientific terms - there be dragons. -
