Thumbs up to that! I add my voice to the others who live overseas and hope the programme will be available online.
Digression...
I visited NZ earlier this year for the first time in ages, and I was struck by how vapid the TV content was... with one exception: Maori TV. It was much better than all the others. -
International: David Bowie @ Western Springs on his Glass Spider Tour (1987?)
New Zealand: An all-day bFM thing at the Gluepot. I wasn't planning to attend - I just popped in because a mate of mine was running a food stall set up inside for the day and he asked me to bring him some stuff from his regular store. I ended up staying for the music although it was almost over by that stage. The one band I remember by name from that day was the Malchicks.
School: Scarf (!) put on a gig in our school hall supported by two or three bands from our school.

Hard News: Narcissists and bullies, in reply to
How did these guys think this was going to end? Did they never once imagine their notoriety would spill beyond their peers and that there would be repercussions?
Apparently not. But it's not the first time I've seen that kind of insensibility to the fact that they're speaking in a public space.
Sheesh...
[Shakes head in disbelief.] -
The question that keeps arising in my mind as I follow this story (and others like it) is, how did these guys think this was going to end? Did they never once imagine their notoriety would spill beyond their peers and that there would be repercussions?

I've followed this series of posts with great interest. Thanks Keith.
I have a question.
What does all this mean for someone who:
(a) Is not a journalist or a journalist's source; but
(b) Has non-disclosure agreements with clients and wants to keep data secure, but is highly unlikely to be the target of any snoopery; and
(c) Supports online privacy?Should I be looking into public/private keys, Truecrypt and the like? Would I get any practical benefit out of them?

Done. With pleasure, too, because I like this site!
(I wonder why PayPal wouldn't accept a donation payment from Japan...)
