I'm surprised no one has referred to this boob-related story.
FWIW I found that particular news piece informative. Gratuitous camerawork to lift ratings aside, I learned that I can legally go topless in NZ. As in, it's my choice, not men or government. A similar situation to what Boobquake Day is pointing out (minus earthquakes), imho. A bit of flesh on display shouldn't be so eath-shattering, surely?
