I'm sure I've scrambled for Jaffas at that venue before, sometime in the 70s.

Did you roll them down the aisles?
Always. :)

Did you roll them down the aisles?
Never! They were dear - aniseed balls, however, were really cheap...

Always
Compulsory in small town cinema with sloping wooden floor and two dozen steps before that satisfying final thunk against the front wall

Did you roll them down the aisles?
Not by choice, but in those days we didn't get a packet each, so there was a good chance they'd all end up on the floor during the fight for the last ones.

This just in: Stuart Page's video of the Simon Grigg interview. The sound is ropey but tolerable.

Thank you for organizing the event Russell. I enjoyed the opportunity to see the Wintergarden. I'd never been there before ... what a beautiful room. The collaborations were a really interesting concept.
We did a short video story for The Daily English Show. The style may seem odd for PA readers because it's for our global audience of English learners rather than for native English speakers in New Zealand.
I also made a short video of what I thought was one of the funniest lines of the night. In the spirit of remix/collaboration etc, I did my own drawings to go with the audio, which was talking about drawing. (Well, the main reason was because the camera was moving around at that point, so I couldn't use the video images.)

Cool video Sarah.

Hey thanks, Sarah. That's great. It was nice to see you guys there -- in a perfect world I'd have actually had some time to talk ...
