mmmm, 3 wickets off 23 overs, pretty good.
(wait a minute, the next three batsmen have almost 30,000 test runs between them? surely there's been a terrible mistake!) -
Tell ya what, How, Guptill and McIntosh must be feeling a bit like muppets at about this point.
Macintosh is more likely to feel hard done by, I would think.

WH,
That Jesse Ryder. Great to watch.
I found highlights packages for the test on the intertwit, it made me miss home.

luckily, my skepticism was unjustified.
not only did nz dismiss india but it only took a day and for just 300-odd. well done. the formidable threesome of Dravid-Tendulkar-Laxman only managed about 200 between them, surely a rarity. ok, let's see the nz bowlers do that once more...(fingers crossed) -
btw, thanks for the link WH!

I'm going to be attending the inaugural Wellington Richter City Roller Derby this Saturday.
Looking forward to your report Haydn.
I thought the bout was absolutely frickin' awesome! It was great fun and really exciting, and not too difficult to get into once you watched a couple of jams.
Go Brutal Pageant!

Glad I wasn't the only one supporting the Pageant. We got over 600 photos too, so this should be good.

That was pretty damn kickass, if I'm allowed to say so myself.
Only sullied by waking up this morning and finding out that Brent Tate is gone for the season.
Tempered somewhat by my beloved Chiefs slaughtering the giant-killing Reds.

You're a Chiefs supporter too? Shit we should've talked more

Aye, born in Manukau, raised in Hamilton, extended family from the BoP - who else could I possibly support?! They are just perennially disappointing, although the 2006 Air NZ Cup made up for a lot of heartbreak.
This year is promising, but they need to work on their defence and concentration - they still haven't played an 80 minute game. Sure, scoring 50 points is a fantastic way to win, but the All Blacks found out in 2003 that it doesn't always work that way.
Oh yeah - Sivivatu, 6 tries in 2 games. Freak.
