I just wanted to clarify Matt (the forum administrator's) stance.
It should be noted that nothing on PunkAs was defamatory, maybe slightly inappropriate, but this is a website that has talked about "porking" Helen Clark to become the hero of the heterosexual world.
(Helen is yet to lay charges)

The comments were in jest, and clearly opinions and not plans of action, nobody with any sense would have ever taken them as anything else.

That said, if Glyn/Yulia had simply contacted Matt or another moderator the thread would have been taken down. Taking it to the police was excessive and vindictive. Matt tries to have a relaxed moderating style, and as nothing illegal was posted (merely insulting/explicit, neither of which are completely unwarranted..) he wouldn't take pre-emptive action just in case someone might be offended. It is a site where freedom of speech is valued, but threads will go if it is asked for.

In the end, criminal nuisance charges are being levelled at a 17 year old kid for making a prank call. They were never in any danger, like they would claim. They brought the prank calling on themselves by being insulting, self-centred, self-important twats, and claiming he could ruin our futures in "the industry" for mocking him/his wife.

Interestingly, the only people that seem to have made actually defamatory remarks are Glyn/Yulia, especially when claiming that their is actual intent behind any of the comments. There are other rumours going around about them as well, which would suggest they were actually trying to ruin this kids life.
