What a powerful and honest article - for me who has never experienced this situation, but was originally from Christchurch, it brought me to tears. Tears for the people still trying to pick up pieces, emotionally, physically and materialistic. Trying to have a future of opportunities with families, jobs, education and social activities. Move on, go with your gut feeling - grasp other opportunities and live life. Life is far too short and although any move from home is hard, as the time goes by it becomes home too.
