Though it's fine with me if Clark doesn't -- another wild and easily busted dip into the dirt file in the final week of the campaign should do the trick.
WTF, not the "Labour dirt file" thing again. How many time have we heard that is on it's way and it never materialises? You really are an ugly bit of work aren't you Craig? You do recall which party was basically accusing DBP of being a child molester, don't you? Compare this to some rather legitimate questioning on conflict of interest. Even Key recognised there was a conflict, that's probably why he sold the shares in June 2003. I also suspect inexperience rather than anything else saw him holding them before that but it is hardly opening up a dirt file to point out he had them.
Nice way of trying to shut down debate though.

Craig, was that a change in topic? Just wondering.
Well, Don, Clark straight-forwardly told an untruth in the House last week, and one she feels absolutely no need to withdraw or apologise for.
But to address your swift change of subject, you got all hot and bothered about that "untruth" and made some pretty wild eyed accusations (which you now repeat). Then you yourself failed to apologise when it turned out that Key had asked questions in the house about Toll as a shareholder, which was, after all, Clark's point.

Oddly enough, the last Fairfax poll, iirc, has Labour ahead in Christchurch and Dunedin
and Wellington too.

I scanned the SST front page editorial about how the Trucks protest was a defining moment in this Governments demise. Judging by the last 9 months of their own polls I think the SST political team may have missed a few of those, one of the main ones being S59 changes (a good thing but cost Labour & the Greens dearly).
However, as far as "The Mood" goes Key's less that straight forward performance under a grilling from Havoc is pretty damaging, IMHO. So many ways he could have dealt with this issue other than the one he chose. The contrast with Clark on a similar topic is stark.
Killer quote from Havoc "you should pay me to for advice because I would advise you - don't go back to that company, that would be the worst thing you could so".

if you pay for a download its playable on the platform you down load it on.
That is also incorrect. Try again.
But even were to to be right, consider this, if your main music system is not connected to your main Internet system where does that leave you?
Pretty screwed as a customer, so you are wrong, again...
you say that like its some kind of selling point advantage to the legitimate purchaser.
...remember?

you can play the thing just fine, its copying it that's difficult.
That statement is quite inaccurate. Why you keep making the same mistake on this forum, over and over again, is beyond me.

you say that like its some kind of selling point advantage to the legitimate purchaser.
It is, you don't have to screw over your hardware to play the thing. Plus, Viacom don't get to own your arse...

This whole 'truck you' thing has the fingerprints of astroturfers written all over it.
Stole my comment. Seriously, would anyone who has driven for more than an hour on SH1 come out in strong support of truckies?!?

Oh well, let's carry on playing the quote game...from the same article.
"If I am a shareholder of TranzRail and I want to get up in this House and start talking about that company, then my shareholding is relevant," he [Key] had said.
The point is Craig, your hysteria yesterday about "facts" or lack thereof, comparing people to Rove and accusing me of teenage debate seems to lack credibility in today's cold light.
And you are still at it today. Good grief.
