Wow leigh, what a good idea! I tend to just use leaves picked from the plant in cheese sandwiches or under tuna on toast, never thought of them as a vegetable, I imagine they would be amazing instead of silverbeet in a shepherd's pie!
:)My new lot of carrots have just been thinned with the small ones making a wonderful addition to a stew!

How do you guys post more than one photo at a time?

I've just had a go at doing 3D photos, basically set manual exposure and focus, choose a point in the back to be the perspective point, focus on the thing you want sharp in the foreground, take shot !, move about 30cm right, get the same perspecrive point in the center and take shot 2. Save pics, download stereo photo maker (http://stereo.jpn.org/eng/stphmkr/) and off you go.
You need to cross your eyes till you get a third image in the center. -
