has anyone ever been to a singles bar in the US (or anywhere else for that matter). And, if so, how does it differ from, say, going down the Loaded Hog on a Friday night and trying to score?
Way late here but I have a moment.....I visited a bar in San Francisco one holiday and I went to the Loaded Hog once so my observation of difference would be, the Hog is one of the most disgusting places I have ever visited therefore not a place worth waiting to be "scored" and San Fran by way far was excellent. All the Jamaicans I met were really friendly without being in ya face and the drugs were gooood. Actually I take back the in ya face bit. :)

Apparently not, as this thread has so aptly made light of!Umm . Just while can, could I just say Tony RIP. I know those that read about him recently hold a rather dim view but for those of us that had known him before will remember a guy who I (for one at least) did like and had none of the problems that were portrayed. I hadn't seen Tony for a while and I never judged him to be a person I would ignore. He was a strong character, but not someone I feared. I guess some of what Tony had to go through did reflect on some of his behaviour but It's just a guess and to wonderful Wendy and the kids, my deepest condolences.

Jeremy, to not know the full story probably puts you in the sourpuss department. No matter what the car or address, these people could be high end users of medications for various reasons and thus entitled to the card. But yes, we tend to like quality beer in the fridge also, and yes I think alot of us around PAS are pretty lucky so don't begrudge anyone really.
