I agree this is getting worse by the year. When i look at those photos of people with toddlers in the rain trying to get justice and answers from those who represent them it makes me think this is no democracy. As a Christchurch ratepayer each one of those in the rain would be entitled to take part in this charade of a blueprint release. Bob Parker does know he behaves like a bully as does JK and Brownlee. Shame on them.

This picture is my favorite. To make a family leave their place on a cold rainy winters night and protest for over two hours with children as young as those is heartbreaking. That the blueprints for rebuilding the central city takes priority while families are still in limbo and struggling financially is reprehensible. Politicians either national or regional are ignoring the dilemma of the eastern suburbs.
