And what time do you call this, young man?
I’m going to take it as a sign that it went well, fun was had.

I actually use a Bialetti stovetop. Although I've started calling the man in the logo drawing 'Gio'.
Hah! His actual name is L'omino coi baffi (the little mustachioed man) and he's a movie star.

It's the one I've had plumbed in to the Lamborghini I'm having trouble with.
You keep the Lamborghini of cofee makers inside the Lamborghini of Lamborghinis? Respect.

Thanks Joe, for a glimpse of the past and a timely reminder. The vanity of assuming we are the first peoples with good intentions (however, ahem, poorly carried out) is blinding as well as self-serving.
We have one of the most punishing and cynically uncaring systems in the developed world, when it comes to access to services. About this I have no doubt.

If we reclassified disability services as motorways or business slush funds, who knows?
Like I always say, our main shortcoming is that we are not able to get people from Wellington to Levin 23 minutes faster. We need to seriously work on that.

Dear old Bill made strong, sincere commitments to the humanities sector as well, while in opposition.
One almost laughs now.

The Guidelines are thoughtful and well researched. (Focussing too much on whether something is "evidence based" can be something of a red herring. If you haven't structured your research to look for the right things, your results aren't likely to be useful, even if they are strictly speaking 'correct' in that they reflect the data. But like I say, the Guidelines looked in the right places, and came up with useful knowledge.)

Haven't read these so can't comment but certain some of PA will on the veracity of these guidleines
The guidelines themselves are pretty solid, they just don't appear to have any bearing on the delivery of services to people on the spectrum. Is that what you meant?

Does anyone from there ever say let's split, or is that just too corny?
You do know they don't speak English there, right?

Meanwhile, a New Zealand woman has had her hand reattached by a surgeon in Split. You couldn't make this shit up, I swear.
