It's pretty easy to redirect those types of links while users adapt to a new site, but the Herald haven't bothered.
I believe they'll be progressively importing their massive archive of content to the new CMS system they're using, is all.

Which is what blind citizens face under our current physical voting arrangements where they must rely on someone elese to mark their form. At least they have been trialling other independent options like voting via Blind NZ's existing members' phone information system.

I'd finger Eagleson for that. Can't imagine Key would want to be involved - plausible deniability as well as below his sense of pay grade.

they requested parliament.nz as a second level domain name because they felt they did not fit under govt.nz. And I had no real reason not to give it to them.
