I'm reading these out of sequence, but if it's chakchouka/shakshuka, I'm a big fan of the one from Ima (Fort St., downtown). Every time I go, I tell myself I should try something else, but most of the time I end up ordering the shakshuka.
I've tried to recreate it at home but it's not the same, though my latest attempt using Ima's recipe was the closest I've got. (With the recent release of the Ima cookbook, Yael's posted the recipe online.)

Really enjoying your food explorations.
My goto harissa recipe is from Depot's
harissa lamb ribs. That recipe makes a big batch, but I've found that you can portion it out & freeze it. Though I have a mortar & pestle, I find it easier to use a blender. -

Lovely images Jackson. Haven't been to visit in years, and that last time the Indian Garden was being (re?)planted. It looks grand.

There seems to be quite a bit of Buyer's Remorse going on ranging from "I didn't think my Leave vote would make a difference" to "If I'd known the benefits I'd lose with a Brexit, I wouldn't have voted Leave". It's a mess.
The do-over petition now has over 2.7 million signatures (Given those run for six months, and this one ends November 25, this was started last month but really took off in the last 24 hours.)
