Amen. From the stories I've heard regarding TV current affairs jornos and how they go about their business it's not satire, but a very good documentary.

I think it's more than mildly interesting. It's just that the wheeling and dealing part of it, particularly in the second episode, is much better than the attempts at comedy.

Weird. My recollection is that I was watching the unveiling with you. I'm sure both of us turned to each other with a "did you just see that" look on our faces.

I liked all the political entanglements and counter dealing in The Pretender, all that was quite gripping and really well done.
But I can't say I found it funny. I laughed twice while watching the two episodes and both of those occurred while Joel Tolbeck was on screen.

It's been my long held opinion that any sport (indeed any social event) can be improved exponentially by the inclusion of mini cannons.
It would have made me watch the America's Cup.
