I'm placing my hopes on Lost ending so byzantine convulted that a header won't give the game away... I just wish sites didn't post so many screencaps on the masthead so when character X is in jeopardy I don't ignore it as they're in the next episode (one disadvantage of dropping the manic time travel of Season 5: we know we're on a somewhat (twinned) linear narrative).
At least we're only an eprisode behind and I don't have a watercooler for the bitorrential rain on the parade...
All said, I still expect to fell lost at the end of all and would be disappoint if I'm not.

A Dr Who refersher after QI when Prime will presumably advertise the season's timeslot. And the Tardis will crash on cue.

Remember how we used to say to Auckland, "So…. This famous mayor you've got yourself, how's that working out?" And we'd nod sympathetically and then go home and laugh so hard we couldn't breathe? Now they're laughing at us.
I'd say it's more like our city dolor is now national currency...

Within a matter of months she had created her recording of Ron Grainer's Doctor Who theme, one of the most famous and instantly recognisable TV themes ever. Please forgive if already posted but free Dr Who game downloads were worthy of mentioning I think.
Pertwee was my first, from behing the lounge furniture when I dared. Tom Baker was good, the transistion episodes 'Robot' got me in but with such a long run, homework to do, I dipped in and out but at least it primed me for later Douglas Adams. I didn't mind Davidson, perhaps because I wasn't much watching his other TV work, and thought he had some interesting episodes. Colin Baker was no thanks and McCoy a welcome relief, getting back in touch with the flavour of earlier Doctors and until recently Ace was my favourite ompanion. Eccleson was over before got to watch again and I've no complaints with Tennant - he brought new viewers to old and new enemies, generally breathing new life especially in the US 'franchise'. What I fear most of Smith is him merely being a cypher of Doctorhood and hope my fears allayed. And here's hoping Torchwood isn't lying fallow for long.

Emma says the victim should omit any relevent fantasy they may have written down or given voice, because the police & prosecution lack basic mental attributes of being able to distinguish fantasy as fantasy. I think they should trust the police and prosecution as normal functioning rational human beings able to distinguish harmless fantasy from reality and therefore make some mention of relevent (published) fantasies

I agree that the distinction between fantasy and reality should have been clear for the defence to articulate and the jury accept but clearly the defence counsel did not have confidence it would, that they may make errors of judgement, not necessarily be insane, and in my unqualified opinion made a gross error of judgement by undermining and withdrawing any defence of the person they were representing. The defence failed in their role from the error. The jury wasn't given the opportunity to display their sense or otherwise.
