There are thermal springs near Tai Tapu & Governers Bay. I don't buy the extinct line.

Drove past the Dux and it had a sign out saying they were open, but the Arts Centre was taped off.
I suspect much of it is fine and this will be used as a ploy to place a carpark on the site.
It was the building codes and regulations that saved lives, lets stop this National folly of cuting cnrs.

It's Sideshow Bob, and he has charm in spade loads, much like the spade loads we,ve been moving over the last couple of days.
He would have been a good Auckland Mayor for all the reasons he's a bad Christchurch Mayor.

My neighbours had SAR tear down their two chimneys.

This is clearly a cracked drive from the neighbours tree root. The grass growing in the cracks says this didn't happen yesterday.

Christchurch Girls High (Old School) was owned by The Arts Centre Trust. The Canterbury Community Trust granted money to earthquake strengthen the building. The Arts Centre sold it to Christ College but kept the funds granted to them for strengthening the building.Photo no.40
