*titi!
Yes! I nearly added that one myself. Had it in a risotto a while after I wrote this.
Bloody marvellous. You have the advantage of me with greenbone, though. Never heard of it. Please go on...

you just add whale and dolphin to your "fish" list and be done with it.
What, are you telling me they taste like chicken?

A further thought:
Rodney Hide is holding a meeting here in Devonport next week. I'm looking forward to it. I would expect that whatever I might pick up on tape while he's being privately candid would be unlikely to vary terribly much from what he has to say in public. I like that in a politician. -

Free copy of Civil War and Other Optimistic Predictions (the 2005 election year book that never goes out of date) to Jake and Giovanni if you'd like one. Just email me a mailing address.

You can also add to that "what if" scenario the possibility that the whole thing could be tied up in the courts, drag on for years, and end with a decision that would apportion blame, leaving a diminished payout which might then be further substantially diminished by legal fees. That routinely happened here before ACC and was a significant factor in the thinking that brought the no-fault system into being.
