Sharpies are definitely the ones you want to shoplift. I.e., high quality points and reasonably expensive.
Sharpies are better quality, but vivids seem to be more indelible.

By sending them some textses?
Wasn't this Bob Clarkson's problem?

and I was delighted to fear that the National Geographic channel had picked it up.
Is delighted to fear the feeling you have at the top of a bungee jump?

It just seemd a bit disproportionate to me. I'm good with having the voice of the people, as it were, but I'd also like someone from the front to be given the time to give the viewers a good, solid representation of what was happening and why.
As you say, maybe I should have been watching TV1 last night instead.

I watched "coverage" of the hikoi on TV3 news last night, and I was struck by how many interviews they did, and showed, with people at the fringes of the march. IMHO these people were not the best people to get the thinking behind the march, what was hoped to achieve etc. There were plenty of spokespeople out there who could have given a better quote and made more sense of it.
It seemed to me that TV3 were going out of their way to give ammunition to the people who don't want to take the hikoi seriously; the people who said it was just dole-bludgers and rent-a-crowd. -
BTW I find this campaign tinged with irony, helmet or no helmet

@Kyle
My thought is that if the Chiefs really rated him they would have him start the game at 8 and then shift to 6 when Lauaki comes on as an impact player. Or, if he was a better 8 than Lauaki start them both but with Lauaki playing 6. -
But it would be plausible that either a kid or a protestor (who had already demonstrated their intention to be out on open motorway) to wander over there.
I'm sure that any child that looked like they were going to get into the traffic could have been given a flick on the ear as a warning.

Richard, I do think Messam could be a good 8 but we've never really had the chance to see him there against top class opposition. Mind you the first test is against France B so that could be a chance maybe.
Wait, I said top class opposition didn't I? May have punctured my own argument there!

Is the bridge really that unsafe? I have never walked over it (!) but if you built a walk/cycle way with the same safeguards as, say, Grafton Bridge would that be enough?
