They nearly got away with it too, if it hadn't been for those pesky kids and that scooby, scooby doo
Aagh.. but who played Fred, Velma, Daphne, Shaggy and the Scoobmeister in this version.
This is such fun :-)

Jade is not a meaningful option.
Eden Park will never be a "National Stadium" ergo Auckland ratepayers can foot the bill
Upgrading Jade to 60k seats is cheaper and Christchurch people can agree on things
not to mention that the south island is a much better destination for both overseas visitors and travel within NZ.

Go Jade Stadium

Theres no point in getting mad , get even and revenge is a dish best served cold (and other cliches)
The "boy from down south" must be having a bit of a chuckle -
David is clever and I am merely earnest
or in the case of the Importance of being Don ....to lose one email may be regarded as a misfortune; to lose 10,000 looks like carelessness.

Tony - they could do so but only for five minutes at a time on Wednesday general debate.
5 minutes at a time - it could be like the old "Story Time Kids" on Nat Radio. Pity Dick Weir is not an MP

As means of getting round the injunction is there a possibility of somebody reading the “The Hollow Men” aloud in Parliament?

Lets try some reframing, it’s not a stadium, it’s a destination, a place of worship, a coliseum, a catalyst for change and regeneration, our “other place”, a place of work, a place for education, for accommodation, a place to eat, have a drink, catch a show, view the boats on the harbour, impress the relatives and friends especially those from out of town and overseas and oh yah, host the odd rugby game.
There are something’s money can’t buy, for most of the above there’s the government -
"Persistence is undoing until you get it right" :-)

I note a quote from Minister Cullen in to-days DOM “It’s a cake tin on a cake tin” by way of an explanation as to difficulties of upgrading the “stadium” capacity to 65k. I have emailed my mum for her layer cake recipe.
Lets for a moment assume that the Auckland waterfront stadium never happens, what will the waterfront site look like in twenty years time? My lazy $5 is on a carpark for used car imports
