Suarez would have been hung drawn and quartered if Ghana had scored
Actually if Ghana had scored it would be far from his fault. I'd blame the entire team in front of him.
-
What I meant was that a penalty is the best consolation the opposing team can be given under the circumstances. A penalty goal would be a very slippery slope
:) Yeah I got it. And as someone who opposed the rule changes to help England I'm not going to suggest rule changes to help Ghana. But I will say this, I hope it's one of those situations where Suarez's plane home "accidentally" has to make a refueling stop in Accra

You basically have a 70%+ chance of coverting a penalty, the Ghanain should have scored it.
I don't think you understand probability.
I know where the end of your finger has been?

That would be Hand of Sog? Oh wait, that's Hand of Son of God. Jesus, this is getting silly.
Let's just call it the "Hand of Fuckface"

@Gio
Maybe, maaayyyybeeee, if Suarez hadn't been the cocknuckle who got the South African goalie red-carded for a "trip", then I could believe that what he did was self-sacrificing. Instead I just think he's a cheating fuck.
How was his instinct (and in fact both of the players on the line do it) be to put his arms up and bat the ball away. It's football, you know that hitting the ball away is cheating, plain and simple.
Then the punishment was fair in a way. Sent off and misses the next game and Ghana had a chance to score a goal. Of course they went from 100% chance of a goal to <100% chance (and of course they missed that chance). So was it a real punishment? Suarez misses what could be the biggest game of his life, of course if he didn't cheat he'd be missing the game too.

This just in Suarez, as I said before, is a complete fuckwit

I love the squad numbers, it confused me to see starters with numbers higher than 11. And while there is a case for having the squad number it's just not very strong. England came so close with a shirt that had an actual collar too.
As for the Netherlands, who else wants to see a German/Netherlands final? I DO!

Oo, flashback
Every time someone mentions Para or Uruguay I always mentally add "and Chadguay"

Ghana. Because I have decided to dislike Uruguay, and Paraguay, in fact all the guays. God hates Guays.

Re: Spain-Portugal: This may sound odd from me, considering my hatred of dives, but could Ronaldo get a break in that game? He went down at least twice that I counted where he was tripped or pushed, and few more times where it could've gone either way.
Perhaps he was the boy who cried "Ref!"
In the meantime, down the other end, a Portuguese player was sent off for disturbing the air near a Spaniard. In subtle irony the Spaniard was made to wait on the sidelines for a short time to recover, despite his protests that he was ok... well except for the massive head trauma he had apparently endured.
