I have discovered a wonderful white bean dip - I make it all the time and I don't care how bourgeois it is. It's easy to make, yummy to eat, and very very good for you. And that's all I care about.

OMG, I had also forgotten the genius of Stephen's bourgeois legume croquettes as discussed in the Leguminous Ontology Review! I should have that tattooed on me somewhere so I never lose it again...

Personally I look for the works of Lentilus Maximus, MD, particularly on checking for pulse.
Yes, yes, I’m just trying to ride on the coat tails, but that was so extremely awesome, it is definitely worth a revisit. Perhaps there should be a ‘brag wall of extreme awesomeness’.

I'm sure I've seen articles like that in the Herald linked above - they seem to be a regular feature of Australian/NZ newspapers.
